PL 1105 Painting System - Three Machines in One!

PL Series Painters have a patented system to operate the painting unit without a mechanical connection. This unique design allows quick change of the painting head for smooth transition between colors during production without need for cleaning.  Suitable for applying paint and other low viscosity liquids on the flat edges of parts and assembled products in leathergoods production. Work space 19" x 13" x 14" (48 x 33 x 35 cm)

Working Station:

• Ergonomic position of the painter on the table’s edge allows working of large assembled parts.
• Vertical paiting head is more convenient for soft pieces
• Optional Horizontal painting head gives the operator a clear view of the painting process.

Support Station: 

• Paint color changes are as simple as switching the painting unit from front to the top.
• Either of the two support sockets can hold an additional color, for a total of 3 working heads. 
• The inserted heads will rotate as normal to reduce drying of the paint.

Cleaning Station: 

• Optional cleaning belt for immediate correction of drips or to clean paint from the surfice before it drys
• Magnetic drive requires no mechanical or electrical connection to the cleaning station.
• Extremely easy to maintain, change water, or replace the belt.
• Touchless Start / Stop of cleaning station
