FC2E/AP : Automatic Four Head Burnishing Machine

This all-in-one machine has been specially designed for finishing the edges of belts and straps. Operator places the leather into the machine which is automatically fed into the first set of wheels to round the edges. The next set polishes the edge clean and smooth. These milling and/or brushing units are electronically controlled with optional waxing units. The wheels are interchangeable to meet the demands of the product and material. Working stations are equipped with a dust vacuum. The AP tip brushing unit located on the front of the machine can be used for the finishing of the tails or tips prior to running the strap through the machine. MADE IN ITALY
