SYNTHETIC LATEX ADHESIVE

USE:

• Suitable for combining leather and synthetic materials.
• Higher viscosity for better application by brush or roll coating machine (also spray) Best application under the following conditions.
• Ambient temperature and materials 20-22° C (68-72° F). Do not use in temperatures under 18° C (64° F)
• Ambient humidity 65-75%
• Humidity of materials 8-10%

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Ivory White Liquid
• Viscosity = 800-1400 cps (G2-V20)
• pH = 8 to 9
• Solids content = 49.5 +/- 2.5

APPLICATION:

• Stir well before using
• Apply to both surfaces to be bonded with an even application. Adjust the spray or roll application as needed.
• Let dry for 10 minutes
• Press the materials together - let set for 1 hour

STORAGE:

• Stable for a minimum of 6 months in original packaging
• Do not store in temperatures under 10° C (50° F)
• Keep sealed
• KEEP FROM FREEZING
