For water-based adhesive with built-in exhaust

• Innovative spray system utilizes the latest technology for a self contained, easy to use spray booth. Can be used anywhere in the factory with power and compressed air connections.
• Apply any water-based adhesives, synthetic and natural latex of viscosity up to 5000 mPas.
• Built-in exhaust system draws overspray through disposable filters placed on the working table, left, right and back side of the machine. No need for outside ventilation. Low noise (<70 dBa) exhaust motor.
• Spray guns equipped with micro-regulation controls – available in a variety of styles in stainless steel or special anti-corrosive aluminum alloys. Stainless steel adhesive tank.
• Gun support with counter balance reduces operator fatigue

• TS1-HV1 :  Wide Angle HVLP Spray Gun with Hand Control. Spray diameter 5/8” to 6” (15 to 150 mm)
• TS1-2 : Stainless Steel Spray Gun with Hand Control. Nozzle Ø 0.7 for spray diameter 3/8” to 2” (10 to 50 mm)
• TS1-30 : Aluminium Micro-Spray Gun with Hand Control. Nozzle Ø 0.7 for spray diameter 5/32” to 1-3/16” (4 to 30 mm)
• TS1-31 : Aluminium Micro-Spray Gun with Foot Control. Nozzle Ø 0.7 for spray diameter 5/32” to 1-3/16” (4 to 30 mm)
