LCS2+2 Automatic Four Head Burnishing & Glazing Machine

Designed for the edges of belts or straps, the LCS2+2 incorporates the time proven method of tradi­tional burnishing machines with the process of the hot glazing. The two vibrating glazing tools shape the edges heat two, while the rear burnishing wheels polish the final edge. The front burnishing unit can manage the tip. The units are independently controlled so both operations can be used together or only one finishing method used at a time. Electronically adjustable transport speed. MADE IN ITALY

OPTIONS:

• RC-106 edge painter for a finished strap. The painters can be easily removed for cleaning. A variety of inking wheels are available.
