MARTIN Continuous 45 PEX

Compact Roller Fusing Press

The 45 PEX compact fusing press has been designed for factories that require a continuous feed fusing system. This economic machine is suitable for low volume or intermittent production, such as small parts and sample runs.

Useful fusing width of up to 17.7” (45 cm). The open sided design which allows wider items to pass through with the excess width over-hanging outside the machine. The pressure roll is made of “Silisol” silicone rubber shore 60 for better handling of delicate fabrics. The tubular belts are built with a Kevlar core for long lasting performance. On request the belts can be supplied with a seamless joint.
