Plate Fusing Press

The C6RO is a simple to use flat plate fusing press is designed to be used in a vast range of combining applications where high temperatures and pressures are required. With solid engineering and practical maintenance, this press can lower production costs while increasing productivity. It allows combining pre-cemented materials accurately by means of precise dual time delays, steady high temperature and constant pressure. The use of an alternate double tray reduces idle times (characteristic of the common fusing presses) and ensures a continuous work flow during the loading/unloading operations.

A specially developed system, unique of this field, prevents the processed components from getting stuck to the heated plate. The controls panel allows the operator to select individual functions under the best safety conditions complying with CE safety rules. Depending on the type of adhesive used, the press can combine leather to leather, leather to textile or textile to textile.

• C8 RO with a usable work surface of 23-5/8” x 31-1/2” (60 x 80 cm)
• C12 RO with a work surface of 31-1/2” x 47-1/4” (80 x 120 cm)
