Model R5S - Belt Collecting Machine with Tip Painting & Drying Unit

The R5S automatically collect belts and straps at the end of the edge finishing line. A conveyor moves the belt down the line, as it passes a sensor, the belt is moved aside to travel perpen­dicular to the line. The tip is dyed and sequentially dried. While the rest of the line keeps sending belts, the belt remains on the machine to allow the paint to set before stacking. Inking unit is easily removed for cleaning.
